Usually when firms have a process that is already mature and close to 'best-in-class' benchmarks, the process outsourcing services allow them to achieve significant savings by enabling a global sourcing delivery model, without changing the process or the underlying applications. However, Azure offers BPO solutions, using technology as an enabler that includes workflow automation like audit trails, automated data updating tools, Azure proprietary tracking tools etc., to enable you to continuously improve upon your process and derive year-on-year saving benefits.

Business Services Provisioning

You can outsource your process to Azure and pay only for the service i.e. number of transactions you run on our BSP engine - e.g. pay per application processed. Advantages include access to 'best-in-class' process and technology without significant investments, complete variabilization of costs and assured year-on-year cost savings through process optimization and improvements in efficiency.
