A leading financial services company, with the aim of controlling the steady growth of outstanding debt, Azure was selected to provide outsourcing services for collections from end-customers.
A highly competent team of collection professionals at Azure made direct business to consumer (B2C) collection calls to debtors. The calling team was provided with directory databases to make voice contact with the debtor demanding payment in full. If the debtor could not be reached by phone, skip tracing efforts began, in an attempt to contact the debtor.
The account information was updated or added on the collection system which maintained a complete history record of every collector activity. |
