Quality Control
We ensure that clients always get the exact kind of leads they have asked for.
Process:
Step 1: A Qualified mortgage telemarketer generates a lead.
Step 2: The Quality team listens to the entire conversation and based on the voice recording the lead is approved or rejected. Approved leads are verified and the rest sent back to the calling team.
Step 3: Quality approved leads are first verified for ensuring continued customer interest, and then forwarded to the broker/lender /bank only upon express consent of the customer.
Replacement Policy
We replace all leads returned by clients that meet following criteria:
- Contact could not be established with the potential customer because of incorrect contact information ( this is for paper leads - static leads - email leads).
- The customer doesnot show interest in your services as he is not in need of the client's services and this is evident in the call recording.
- The criteria used for generating the lead and submitted to the client does not match the client's instruction criteria.
Live Transfer Lead Generation Process
We absolutely comply with FSA/DNC regulations.
We employ the following procedure for generating live lead transfer:
- Only those customers are called who are not in TPS register
- The customer's interest to remortgage or get a loan is confirmed by the agent who also undertakes a general life style survey, verification of all relevant details and identify genuine need to get a loan
- The agent then explains to the interested customer that there would be a call back, with a mortgage consultant or client representative on the line
- The customer's interest in client offered services is reconfirmed and reverified by separate calls
- Only those leads are transfered to clients where the customer has re-verified his intenetion for the services offered by the client, whether loan or other services
