Contingency Plan
Azure Call Center has a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan in place to take care of any contingencies.
Some salient points to manage contingencies are:
- Back up center with ready infrastructure and technology for 600 seats to take care of any natural contingencies like fire, earthquake, floods etc.
- 1:3 redundancy of the entire voice circuit from the center to US with hot swap capabilities.
- Enough spare equipment for each and every device to handle any technical failures.
- Engineers stationed in the US, always available to immediately address any issues.
- Power from two sub-stations (one can serve as backup in case of contingencies), the only center in India to be having this facility.
- Sophisticated UPS and generators for uninterrupted power.
